Every staff member at Warren Toyota was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make our experience very positive. We love our new Camry (even the color - Ed!) I was so impressed with your establishment because you really did do exactly what you said you would, hard to come by this type of service - or should I say this type of "Customer Service" In meeting "Jim Whetstone" and not knowing he was 1 of the owners, we were certainly impressed with his humbleness and persona. It is easy to see why you have the "GREAT" establishment that you do. It takes many "GREAT" people to work in making an "EXCELLENT" business. It is obvious this starts at the top and continues throughout.
